At the end of the one year free period for the domain name, the domain name may be purchased from Bloch Technical Systems Inc. or you may renew for our current renewal price. At the end of the Web Hosting of 1 year you may renew for monthly, quarterly, or yearly at the then prices.  There will be at least a 10 day turn around for these starting accounts.  We are currently upgrading our systems and filling our slots.  Our company strategy is that as we upgrade so do you!  There is a one time system access fee that covers system, billing, system upgrades, and system maintenance of $45.00. Extra storage a month may be purchased in the formula of 1 GB per $2.50 a month.  Extra bandwidth may be purchased in the formula of 1 GB transfer bandwidth per $2.50 a month. Extra e-mails and MySQL packages may also be purchased per month, please contact us for usage prices. This item is guaranteed to be up and running 90% of the time, however, in the acts of God or system outages we are not liable for service uptime. All sites are welcome, however, we do monitor our sites for child pornography and illegal activities.  We as the provider are not liable for your use. You agree that you will be shut down and not refunded if you are running illegal activities.  This item is non-refundable and is provided only as a service and is taxable in Canada.
